AYAHUASCA
and the Approach at the Centers
Our approach to ayahuasca is grounded in deep respect for this medicine, the tradition it comes from, and the personal process of each participant. We work with care, integrity, and attention to the physical, emotional, and psychological well-being of everyone who comes to our centers. 🌿
Ayahuasca
Ayahuasca is a traditional Amazonian preparation made primarily from the vine Banisteriopsis caapi. For centuries, it has been used by indigenous cultures as a tool for learning, healing, inner training and insights.
Within its traditional context, ayahuasca is not approached only as a single intense experience. It is part of a process that involves disciplined work with the body, mind, and inner perception. Through guided practice, participants learn greater self-awareness, deep self-healing, emotional regulation, and a deeper understanding of their inner states.
At our centers, we primarily focus on microdosing, meaning very small, precisely controlled doses that allow for deep inner work without extreme states or loss of control.
This approach is rooted in traditional practices still known among some Amazonian groups, as well as experiences from shamanic training.
